These sheets are a rich color and true to sateen sheets, have that beautiful sheen to them. The material they're made from seems to be good quality, the elastic on the fitted sheet is nice and wide and the pockets are deep enough to fit my thick mattress. The set is fairly soft after one washing, considering they haven't been broken in. It's getting harder and harder to find good quality sheets and so far, I'm very happy with this purchase... On a side note, the seller sent a nice 'Thank You' note along with a discount code on your next purchase in with the sheets. Nice touch :-)Update:The dark blue color I ordered is a little different in quality than the plum colored set (the elastic wasn't as wide and the sheets felt a little thinner, but were even softer!). I would still buy them again.
